Katie uses evidenced based practice including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Katie McCloskey, RCC
Extensive education & training: Katie holds a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from UBC and is completing a PhD in the same field. She has intensive training in CBT and DBT, as well as the treatment of anxiety, depression, addictions, PTSD, borderline personality disorder, and more.
Welcoming for all identities: She works with adults of diverse cultural, gender, and sexual identities, and offers a particular focus on men’s mental health.
Accessible options: Sessions are available in-person in Vancouver or virtually across BC, including some evenings and weekends.
